Jin Kanzaki was created by the Amagi Corporation as the weapon meant to destroy the Players, the monstrous artificial humans that escaped its labs. A defecting scientist, Gorou Kanzaki, carried him out as an infant and raised him among the homeless along the river, hiding the power to become the superhuman ZET. Kouga Amagi, grandson of the corporation's founder, wants to be a hero on his own terms and builds the Alphas combat suit to fight the same creatures. When the Players start hunting openly, the two are set on opposite paths.
