Tomoki Sakurai wants nothing more than a quiet, lazy life until a winged girl named Ikaros crashes down from the sky and declares herself his servant. Ikaros is an Angeloid, a humanoid weapon built to obey, and her arrival drags Tomoki into the orbit of a hidden floating realm called Synapse. With his karate-chopping neighbor Sohara, the eccentric Synapse-obsessed Sugata, and student council president Mikako around him, Tomoki finds his peaceful days giving way to a stream of strange new Angeloids.
