Set decades before the main Attack on Titan story, this prequel follows Kuklo, a boy cut from the corpse of a woman a Titan had eaten and branded the 'Titan's son.' Sold as a curiosity to a noble household inside Wall Sheena, he is freed by his owner's daughter Sharle Inocencio, who teaches him about the world. Determined to prove he is human, Kuklo sets out beyond the walls, a path that pulls him toward the Survey Corps and the early development of the vertical maneuvering gear.
