Synopsis
Mortally wounded at the Battle of Sekigahara, the samurai Shimazu Toyohisa staggers through a doorway and wakes in a fantasy world where warriors plucked from across human history are gathered as Drifters. A group of magicians called the Octobrists recruits them to fight the Ends, a rival faction of summoned figures bent on wiping out humanity. Alongside an unhinged Oda Nobunaga and the archer Nasu no Yoichi, Toyohisa is thrown into a war between two sides of the dead and the demihumans caught between them.
