Keito Aoyama was a celebrated child actress until stage fright froze her during a performance at age nine, after which she quit acting and shut herself away for years. At sixteen, the principal of El Liston — a free school for young people who struggle with conventional schooling — finds her drifting through the streets and offers her a place. There she reconnects with childhood friend Taiyou and meets fellow students Rei, Kouichi, and Momiji. Yoko Kamio's shoujo manga follows her slow return to the world.
