Synopsis
In the Kabuki-cho red-light district of Shinjuku, a manipulator known only as the Old Geezer programs a fragile, tearful young man named Ichi to kill on command, hiding a blade in his boot. The Geezer aims Ichi at the Anjo yakuza family to murder boss Yoshio Anjo and seize his money. When Anjo vanishes, his sadistic lieutenant Kakihara — his cheeks slit and pinned — begins tearing through the underworld to find whoever took his boss.
