Self-styled delinquent Kenji Kazama tries to throw his weight around at school until the Game Creation Club (Provisional) drafts him after he stumbles into their clubroom. Each member claims an element: darkness for president Roka Shibasaki, earth for Chitose, water for Sakura, lightning for their adviser Minami. Their nonstop antics steamroll Kazama's attempts to keep his distance, and the harder he tries to quit, the deeper the club and the rest of the school's oddballs pull him into their gag-driven chaos.
