The Helpful Fox Senko-san

Kuroto Nakano is a young office worker so worn down by overwork that a dark miasma of stress leaks off him. One evening he comes home to find Senko, an 800-year-old fox deity with ears and a tail, sent from the spirit world to look after him. She moves in, cooks his meals, grooms him and offers lap pillows, determined to undo the exhaustion he has built up. His neighbor Yasuko, a college student and manga artist, drifts into the household as Senko's pampering becomes Kuroto's new normal.
