Hikaru Wakamiya reads shoujo manga by the armful and wants a boyfriend who will protect her. She gets a version of that wish when a handsome, shameless boy drives off some delinquents harassing her and then steals her first kiss; she nicknames him the Perverted Prince. Soon after, she meets a quiet, serious boy with the same face and a completely different look in his eyes. The two turn out to be half-brothers born a year apart, and Hikaru ends up caught between them.
