Sumika Murasame is tall, athletic, and top of her class, and she is quietly in love with her best friend Ushio Kazama. The problem is that Ushio openly adores cute, petite girls — exactly what Sumika is not. At their co-ed high school the two grow close to classmates Tomoe Hachikusa and Miyako Taema, an out couple, while Sumika keeps her own feelings hidden and watches Ushio chase one unattainable crush after another. This yuri series follows her through the slow, awkward distance between friendship and confession.
