Makoto Hanaoka attends high school in a sailor uniform and wig, passing as a girl — until underclassman Saki Aoi confesses to him. Learning his gender doesn't faze Saki at all, and she throws herself into pursuing him openly. Meanwhile, Makoto's childhood friend Ryuji Taiga watches from the sidelines with feelings of his own he has never voiced.
