屍鬼

During a sweltering summer, the isolated mountain village of Sotoba is struck by a wave of unexplained deaths just as a strange family, the Kirishiki, moves into the long-abandoned Kanemasa mansion on the hill. Village doctor Toshio Ozaki refuses to accept the toll as an epidemic and begins dissecting the pattern behind the dying. His investigation points to the Shiki — risen corpses that feed on the living and are quietly turning Sotoba into a refuge of their own. This manga adapts Fuyumi Ono's horror novel.
