Taku Yokoi is a stalled manga artist who delivers newspapers at night and draws erotic doujinshi to scrape by. His life shifts when Megumi Saito, a young woman from Tottori and a devoted fan of his original work Opening Up, turns up at his apartment to meet him. Yokoi soon notices that Saito sees and reacts to the world differently from most people, and as she moves in the two begin learning how to lean on each other.
