Rikuo Uozumi finished college with no ambition and no plan, drifting through a job at a convenience store with photography as his only real interest. Two women keep pulling at his stalled life. Haru Nonaka is an eccentric who works at the MILK HALL café, keeps a crow named Kansuke, and makes no secret of her crush on him. Shinako Morinome, his former classmate, has just started work as a high-school teacher, and Rikuo still carries old feelings for her. His ties to both keep shifting as he stumbles toward what he actually wants.
