This spin-off manga reimagines Bungo Stray Dogs as a parallel world where the roles of its two leads are swapped: Ryunosuke Akutagawa joins the Armed Detective Agency, while Atsushi Nakajima grows up inside the Port Mafia. Recruited not by Dazai but by Oda Sakunosuke, Akutagawa takes center stage as the would-be hero, and Atsushi becomes the Mafia's feared killer under a Dazai who now leads the organization.
