Synopsis
Jun Sakurada, a middle schooler who has shut himself away from school after being bullied, is chosen as the master of Shinku, a sentient porcelain doll crafted by the maker Rozen. Shinku is one of seven Rozen Maidens, each powered by a gem called Rosa Mystica and bound to fight one another in the Alice Game to become the perfect doll. As Shinku's life-energy host, Jun is pulled into the dolls' contest and slowly drawn back toward the world he abandoned.
