Kanji Yakutani, a Japanese pharmacologist worked to death, wakes as Farma de Médicis, the ten-year-old son of a noble house in the San Fleuve Empire, a medieval world where reliable medicine is a luxury of the rich. Divine arts let him create and break down matter at will and see illness inside a body at a glance, and he still carries everything he knew about modern pharmacology. With the imperial pharmacist guild gouging the poor, Farma opens his own pharmacy to put real treatment within reach of commoners.
