Kuro Kumogakure, a descendant of a once-great ninja clan, spends his days as a NEET in a rundown apartment — until his handler delivers a new assignment. In modern Japan, an estimated 200,000 ninja still operate in the shadows through a covert network called NIN, but a rival faction known as UN has begun to move against them. Kuro's mission: infiltrate a high school where a clash between operatives is about to ignite.
