Since losing her mother at age five, Ririko Hayakawa has helped run her father's handyman business. When he is hospitalized, she covers a job in his place and finds her client is Minato Suoh, a wealthy high schooler living entirely on his own and barely able to care for himself. What starts as a single errand turns into Ririko regularly cooking and cleaning for him, and she gradually sees past his prickly surface to the troubles that keep him alone.
