Synopsis
Siblings Tatsuya and Miyuki Shiba enter First High School, where students are split into elite Course 1 'Blooms' and second-tier Course 2 'Weeds'. Miyuki places at the top as a Bloom, while Tatsuya is ranked a Weed despite combat skill and technical knowledge that defy the school's grading. After he defuses a tense confrontation, the Public Morals Committee recruits Tatsuya and Miyuki joins the student council. This manga adapts the Enrollment Arc of the light novels.
