A hundred million years after a cataclysm called the Great Destruction, the ex-gladiator Delos wanders a barren Earth alongside Prome, a small naiad-like girl whose power can sway the planet itself. Colossal creatures called Gigantos serve the Empire of Olympus in its war against Alcyoneus and his nether-forces. When the Empire moves to seize Prome, Delos is drawn into a confrontation that pits a single wanderer against titans capable of destroying or healing the world.
