予告犯

A man who wraps his head in newspaper posts videos announcing crimes before he commits them, signing himself Shinbunshi. Erika Yoshino, a young detective in the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Cyber Crimes division, leads the hunt for the man behind the mask and for the overlooked, wronged group acting alongside him.
