Synopsis
A car accident wrecks Koh Fujimura's eyes, but the surgery that restores his sight leaves him able to perceive things no one else can. He learns of the Cheaters: ordinary-looking people who have gained supernatural powers and use them to indulge brutal, murderous urges. Because his rebuilt eyes can pick these killers out of a crowd, Koh is drawn in by a group of young women who hunt the Cheaters down, and he joins their effort to stop the carnage spreading through Tokyo.
