Kouta Takeda, a nervous entry-level employee at XOX Corporation, is placed directly under Kyouko Takizawa, a striking supervisor the rest of the office whispers about as a cold, merciless boss. Working beside her, Takeda discovers a warmer, more considerate side that her fearsome reputation hides. Told as a four-panel comedy, the strips follow their everyday workplace exchanges and slowly shifting rapport across the changing seasons.
