At one high school, every student's social rank is decided by a game: hidden trump cards scattered across the campus assign roles from King and Queen down to the lowest tiers. Azusa has been class King until a new round of the game, when his classmate Karino claims the King card and casts Azusa as the Target, the bottom of the order. Forced to submit to Karino to avoid the class's abuse, Azusa refuses to break and keeps fighting to reclaim his place.
