Synopsis
Black and White, two orphaned brothers known together as the Cats, rule the rooftops and back alleys of Treasure Town by force. Streetwise and violent, Black looks after the childlike, gentle White as they hold their patch against the yakuza. When a corporation called Kiddy Kastle moves in to raze Treasure Town and rebuild it as an amusement complex, the brothers fight to keep their home and each other.
