Top of her graduating class in Heaven, the angel Gabriel White Tenma is sent to live among humans on Earth and guide them toward good. Instead she discovers video games, gets hopelessly hooked, and slides into a lazy slacker existence while attending a human high school. Around her orbit her classmate Vignette, a demon who is dutiful and kind, and other angels and demons whose temperaments rarely match their job descriptions.
