転生貴族、鑑定スキルで成り上がる ～弱小領地を受け継いだので、優秀な人材を増やしていたら、最強領地になってた～

A Japanese office worker dies and wakes up as Ars Louvent, the frail young heir of a minor noble house that rules the small town of Lamberk. Ars is no fighter, but his Appraisal skill shows him anyone's hidden stats and latent talent at a glance. He puts it to work recruiting the people nobody else values, starting with Rietz, an orphaned swordsman of rare ability, and Charlotte, a girl he buys out of slavery whose gift for magic is enormous. From there he sets about turning a weak territory into the strongest around.
