In a future where wireless coils draw limitless power from a hidden fourth dimension, Kyouma Mabuchi works as a Collector, hunting down the illegal coils that warp that energy for dangerous ends. The coil-hating loner crosses paths with Mira Yurizaki, an android built by New Tesla Energy's reclusive founder, and when her creator vanishes activating an experimental double-ringed coil, Mira attaches herself to Kyouma. Together they chase contraband coils into the shady underside of the company that powers the world.
