Six side stories fill in the corners of Sui Ishida's Tokyo Ghoul, written by Shin Towada around the cafe Anteiku, where ghouls gather in the open and one wrong look could expose them all. Yoshimura, the cafe's owner, is quietly suspicious of someone under his own roof. Elsewhere Hide pushes a school club into investigating whether Kaneki is a ghoul, and Touka lets herself imagine what living as an ordinary girl would mean. This light novel runs alongside the manga rather than continuing it.
