Himari Ashihara has been through all-girls schools her whole life and freezes up around men. On a dare from her friends Shuuko Tokiwa and Yae Kashino, the second-year works up the nerve to confess to Satoru Kai, a tall first-year she passes every morning on her way in, certain he will turn her down. He says yes instead, and Himari lands in her first relationship carrying a confession she never meant sincerely.
