Synopsis
Tanjiro Kamado returns from selling charcoal to find his family slaughtered by a demon, with only his younger sister Nezuko surviving — transformed into a demon herself. When Nezuko shows signs of human will despite the change, Tanjiro sets out to join the Demon Slayer Corps, training under the swordsman Sakonji Urokodaki in the hope of turning her back. Armed with a nichirin blade and Nezuko sealed in a box on his back, he begins hunting the demons that prey on the living.
