Set across a middle school and a high school, the manga follows eight girls and the people around them through interlocking vignettes about first love, each chapter centering on a different character. Kei Enomoto, drawing constant confessions she dismisses as meaningless, clashes with the brash Etsu Kusuda; Ayumi and her friends navigate crushes of their own. The separate threads gradually braid together into a single connected story.
