LONA

In a broken near future, the dead have begun attacking the living, and the government hands the crisis to a specialist body called the Laboratory of Optics and Neural Analysis, known as LONA. Researcher Ao and her apprentice Sango work the cases from the inside out, reading the memories still held in the brains of the deceased for whatever those last moments recorded.
