UNDER DOCTOR

Haiji is the Under Doctor, an assassin who turned everything he knew about taking a body apart into a way of putting one back together. He practices out of the criminal underworld, and the word on him runs both ways: find him if you want to live, stay away from him if you don't want to die. Whoever comes through his door gets treated, whatever they have done.
