Takemichi Hanagaki has finally reached the future he leapt through time to save, only to find Tokyo's gang scene shattered into the "Three Titans Era": Manjiro "Mikey" Sano leading what remains of the Tokyo Manji Gang, Senju Kawaragi commanding a rival crew, and the fearsome South Terano carving out his own territory. Still the least capable fighter among his friends, Takemichi has to piece together a new Toman from scratch and keep a fragile three-way peace from erupting into all-out war.
