Masamune lives in a town where time stopped after an explosion sealed the local steel mill. Inside the mill's abandoned fifth blast furnace, he and his classmate Mutsumi cross paths with a silent, wolf-like girl who shouldn't exist in their frozen town, an encounter that starts pulling apart the fragile, unspoken rules holding the place together.
