Uchimura Dennosuke is an unremarkable Japanese salaryman posted to Vietnam when a hit-and-run kills him, and the Demon King brings him back in a new world with an unusual job offer: a place among his Four Heavenly Kings. Uchimura still carries his old self-doubt, but his office-worker habits turn out to be exactly what the role needs, letting him read situations and negotiate his way past threats other commanders would just fight through. Being completely without magic also means he can't be hit by most of what the world throws at mana-users.
