Shintarou Tokumitsu has just started living on his own as a first-year high schooler when he finds a girl asleep on his balcony. Her name is Towa, she is sweet-natured and a little unworldly, and she really is an angel, with nowhere else to go. She moves in, and the two settle into an oddly domestic routine in one small room, feeling their way toward each other while more girls with troubles of their own keep turning up at the door.
