Amanda, along with fellow captives Milia and Holy, escapes a pirate ship holding them prisoner and crosses paths with the Straw Hats while on the run. Amanda knows the location of a legendary treasure her late father, a professional treasure hunter, left behind, and offers to trade that knowledge for the crew's help. Monkey D. Luffy and the others end up squaring off against the Bayan Pirates, who want the same treasure and won't let the children walk away with it. This TV special aired after episode 149 of the main series.
