Synopsis
Captain-Commander Genryuusai Yamamoto sets the Gotei 13 a stranger task than Soul Society's usual battles: each of the thirteen squads must come up with its own festival food stall. The OVA runs through the squads roughly a minute at a time, playing each captain's stall idea for a quick joke rather than following any ongoing story. Screened at the Jump Super Anime Tour 2008 and later included with a Bleach home video box set, it trades the series' usual stakes for pure gag comedy.
