Synopsis
Satoru Mikami, a 37-year-old Tokyo salaryman, is stabbed on the street and wakes up reincarnated as a slime in a fantasy world, with the ability to absorb and mimic anything he devours. Deep in a cave he meets the Storm Dragon Veldora, sealed for three centuries, and the two strike a pact: Satoru — now named Rimuru Tempest — will find a way to break the seal. Freed from the cave, Rimuru begins gathering goblins, wolves, and other monsters into a growing settlement.
