This novelization retells the Jujutsu Kaisen 0 film in prose, following Yuuta Okkotsu as he enrolls at Tokyo Jujutsu High still haunted by Rika, the curse spirit born from his childhood friend's death. Under mentor Satoru Gojou, Yuuta trains alongside classmates Maki Zenin, Toge Inumaki, and Panda while the sorcerer Suguru Getou moves against the school. It follows the movie's structure scene for scene.
