The five members of Yamaboshi Academy's Cultural Research Club, Taichi Yaegashi, Himeko Inaba, Iori Nagase, Yui Kiriyama, and Yoshifumi Aoki, start swapping bodies with each other for no reason any of them can explain. An entity calling itself Heartseed is behind the phenomenon, using it to expose secrets, crushes, and fears the five would rather keep buried, testing whether their friendship can survive knowing this much about each other.
