Synopsis
A decade after the previous Blue King, Jin Habari, was lost in the catastrophe touched off by the Red King's rampage, the blue clan is still leaderless. Reishi Munakata is an unremarkable man until the Dresden Slate picks him aboard a hijacked plane and he uses that power to save everyone on board. This light novel follows his first steps as the new Blue King, alongside Gouki Zenjou, a survivor of Habari's Scepter 4, and Seri Awashima, who becomes his lieutenant, as the strict, orderly Scepter 4 of the K series takes shape.
