Synopsis
After the fallout of the Makishima case guts the Public Safety Bureau's ranks, Inspector Akane Tsunemori of Division 1 gets a rookie partner, Mika Shimotsuki, who trusts the Sibyl System completely, a faith Akane no longer shares. Their first case together turns that difference into a problem: a killer has found a way to hold their Psycho-Pass low enough that the System simply doesn't flag them as a threat. Chasing someone Sibyl refuses to see forces inspectors and enforcers to work the case by instinct instead of the readings they're trained to trust. This manga adapts the Psycho-Pass 2 anime.
