Synopsis
Ash's Pikachu and other Pokémon from the anime spend two short, dialogue-light segments on lighthearted winter activities with no trainers steering the action: a holiday-themed "Christmas Night" and a set of games hosted by Kangaskhan in "Kanga's Games." Made for home video rather than theaters, both shorts keep the wordless, slapstick format established by the earlier Pikachu's Summer Vacation short. It released direct to VHS in Japan in December 1998, ahead of a second Winter Vacation volume.
