Kanna Kamui's estranged father Kamun arrives from the Dragon World demanding she return to answer for a past mistake, pulling her between the human life she has built with Miss Kobayashi and the war brewing between the Chaos and Harmony dragon factions. Kobayashi refuses to let Kanna go without a fight, while fellow dragon Iruru uncovers a hidden hand pushing the two sides toward conflict. This film continues the story of Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid Dragon S.
