俺の彼女と幼馴染が修羅場すぎる

This manga adapts the Oreshura light novels, opening on the same setup: Eita Kidou's vow to avoid romance for the sake of medical school collapses when transfer student Masuzu Natsukawa strong-arms him into a fake relationship, and childhood friend Chiwa Harusaki refuses to step aside. Told in a faster, gag-heavy rhythm than the novels, it leans into the love triangle's comedic misunderstandings from the first chapter.
