Akuto Sai, Korone, Junko Hattori, Keena Soga, Fujiko Etou, and Hiroshi Miwa turn up in brief comedic, fan-service-heavy vignettes rather than a continuation of the Demon King Daimao TV story. Each of the six DVD and Blu-ray bonus shorts runs about three minutes and works as a coda for viewers who finished the main season rather than a starting point.
